We have been using Kings Electric for many years. We are confident that our work will be done efficently and professionally. We have had the service of Ralfie for almost all of our work and he is excellent. Even on the last service call, once I described what was going on with our Refrigerator and Microwave outlets , he knew what was wrong. Once he was able to make sure his diagnostics was correct he easily solved our electrical issue. This is not the first and not the last. We have recomended many friends to Kings Electri and will continue to do so!! Thank you.

We were called out because the ac unit is not cooling at times. After my evaluation, I determined that the fan Motor outside is not rotating fast enough. (45/5 existing capacitor required) It is my recommendation That we replace this fan motor before it completely gives up.

We were called out to the house because of some concerns with the home inspection. I had to Install a grammar for the 6/2 romex coming into the house panel. We also had to cut back the burnt wire to fresh Cooper and reconnect to the existing breaker.

I inspected the upstairs exhaust fan and found condensation due to the short vent. I'm recommending we install a better vent. While I was on site I diagnosed a faulty smart switch for the front lights. They need to replaced.

The homeowner would like two additional weather proof receptacles Added to the existing power behind the spa. One of the receptacles will be approximately 15 feet from the J-box to the house wall, and the other will be approximately 10 feet from the J-box to the fence. The conduit for these receptacles will need to be buried in the ground. We are also installing a new sub panel in the deck area of the pool. We are using the existing 50 amp circuit. We were originally called out to relocate the lightswitch for the attic light. Today we are replacing the 2 light fixtures in the attic.

We were called out to the house because the lights in the kitchen and master bathroom flicker. I inspected all necessary switches in those areas. I found the kitchen lights were flickering due to a faulty dimmer. Once, I made that discovery, The lights were no longer flickering.

We are replacing a timer we installed. According to Allen this timer wasn't consistent, sometimes work othere times not working. Warranty

We were called out to the residents with concerns with the electrical distribution panel. After my evaluation, I have determined that it is in your best interest to replace this distribution panel. We are recommending a new 150/200 amp panel with all new breakers. This will help keep you and your family safer. We also notice some problems in the master bathroom that needs further evaluation, along with a new feed for the range (stove)

We were called out to the residence because the microwave was causing the light to flicker. The microwave is faulty.

We were called out to the residence to inspect why the boat dock had no power. What I found was the breaker was tripped that feeds the Boat dock. While I was doing my inspection I noticed there's a crack on the docks Electrical panel. This crack is allowing water to get in and trip the breakers that are in the panel. I recommend replacing the dock electrical panel, And all weather proof covers on the dock. In the meantime I temporarily Seal the hole with silicone And reset the breaker. I tested the boat dock and it's working.

We were called out to the residence because the TV wouldn't turn on outside. During my evaluation of the circuit I found a faulty GFCI. The ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) is an important life safty device that is used in all wet locations in and around your home. Also while I was evaluating the tv I also made sure that the boat dock is still working.

We are replacing all 32 recessed light bulbs with new LED Lights. (4000k) I'm also replacing the standard light bulbs in the house.

Do to the conditions of the main panels I'm recommending they be replaced. Two of the breakers in the garage panel are the incorrect brand and will need to be replaced
