We were called out to the house to do a red carpet maintenance on the ac system. This is the downstairs unit. The unit is 18yrs old and still operating as it should. Just keep in mind the age of the unit because it can go out at anytime. The capacitor outside is in need of replacing. Other than that no major issues.

We were called out to the house because the gfci we installed in October 2023 stopped working. I could not find any reason for the gfci not to be working. We were called out to the house to give a quote on installing recessed lights in the living room. While we walked around and she would like a receptacle buy the pool and a remote for the ceiling fan outside.

We were called out to the house because the kitchen and bathroom receptacles had lost power. After my evaluation it was determined the the two gfci receptacles had to be replaced.

We were called out to the office because the fire Marshall found multiple violations. In order to repair the violations we need to add A total of 8 new receptacles from an existing power source. We have 2 new receptacles going under the receptionist desk and 6 going in the viewing room (4 behind the monitors and 2 under the desk). We also need to install 4 plate covers. We replaced the thermostat with a new programmable thermostat. This new thermostat has lager numbers and it lights up for better visibility. I also rewired the existing three way switch.
