1)——Remove 100 amp fused main disconnect. 2)——Remove double tapped sub panel below main disconnect. 3)——Install 125 amp 8/16 circuit main breaker panel. 4)——Install 10*10*8 inch PVC junction box at branch circuits that were in old sub panel removed. 5)——Extend all outdoor branch circuits from junction box to new 125 amp main breaker panel. 6)——Install whole home surge protector. 7)——UPDATE GROUNDING; Install 2 new ground rods, 1 water pipe ground and 1 low voltage ground bridge interconnected with #4 gauge bare copper wire. 8)——Label panel and clean area.

Clean & Sanitize both air handler units. Remove all refrigerant from system. Pull and clean coils. Pull and clean blower fan. Clean interior of unit with sanitizer. Blow out drain lines and clean out condensate pumps. Reinstall coil and blower fan units. Re-charge refrigerant levels to factory settings.
