Took my money and wouldn't Refund It
Gerald - Orlando, FL 32811
Kings Electric charged me for a service call which they never showed up for... So I called their office and explained the situation and the lady that answered the phone ... She said that she would check with the technician and call me back and refund the money back to the card. But she never refunded my money nor did she call me back. I hired them because of their rating on Angi but I'm very disappointed with the service.

Sometime you just get lucky when you try a new vendor, this was one of those times. Ralphie is a gem. Besides being professional, courteous, efficient and skilled, he is personable and has no problem answering every question you might have. I am happy to have found King's Electric and will be using them for my electrical needs. Also, a positive comment for Lauren in the office, who understands customer service.

Sometimes you get lucky when you use a new vendor. Such was the case with King's Electricians. Ralphie was everything I could have hoped for in a service technician. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable, patient, efficient and thorough. I would not only hire him again, I have done just that, contracting for more services. I have seen higher prices for the same service, and have also seen lower prices. I felt the price I was charged was a fair one for the service I needed. I would highly recommend this company.
Awesome job and great customer service.

Let me start by saying, 'Ralphie' is so awesome and cool that I wanted to hire him myself, if I had a company for electricians, he would be the main guy. He is personable, experienced and give you the answers and facts on how this could happen or will happen down the road. I was convinced when he showed me the problem and I was relieved to know that this wasn't my fault and it is an easy fix. And it was exactly what it was, he is definitely my go to guy for all my electrical work. I'm thinking of seeing what else I need just so I know I can get it done right the first time from Ralphie. He's a keeper. Great job King's Electrical you have a winner of an employee.

After our original diagnosis of a faulty gfci the circuit had tripped again. The customer is going to try and get the sprinkler under control so the weather proof gfci doesn't get a direct hit. If that doesn't work I recommend a new feed from the panel to the shed.
