Kings Electric charged me for a service call which they never showed up for... So I called their office and explained the situation and the lady that answered the phone ... She said that she would check with the technician and call me back and refund the money back to the card. But she never refunded my money nor did she call me back. I hired them because of their rating on Angi but I'm very disappointed with the service.

Let me start by saying, 'Ralphie' is so awesome and cool that I wanted to hire him myself, if I had a company for electricians, he would be the main guy. He is personable, experienced and give you the answers and facts on how this could happen or will happen down the road. We were called out to the residents with concerns with the electrical distribution panel. After my evaluation, I have determined that it is in your best interest to replace this distribution panel. We are recommending a new 150 amp outdoor panel with all new breakers. We will be replacing the main panel with a 150 amp panel. The inside panel will be removed and a junction box will be necessary. A conduit will need to be install in order to take all of the circuits to the new panel. We also are replacing the meter and weather head. This will help keep you and your family safer. During my evaluation of the circuit I found a faulty GFCI. The ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) is an important life safty device that is used in all wet locations in your home.

I was called out to your home for an electrical issue. You explained to me that multiple receptacles and fans through the house were out. Also the exhaust fan in the kitchen doesn't work During my evaluation I determined that the electrical system has multiple gfci receptacles tripped. I also went through the entire system while I had everything already open and did a complete system evaluation and discovered some potential issues and determined that the ceiling fan in the outdoor kitchen is no longer capable of high speeds and should be replaced. Also the exhaust fan in the kitchen has power but will not come on. I recommend an appliance technician inspect the unit. After my inspection of the house, I found no immediate issues with the electrical system other than the surge protector. The outside panel is showing early signs of corrosion. I will leave an estimate for a new main panel. I'm replacing the surge arrester with a new whole home surge.

We were called out because the unit was freezing. I found a bad contactor in the outside unit.

After our original diagnosis of a faulty gfci the circuit had tripped again. The customer is going to try and get the sprinkler under control so the weather proof gfci doesn't get a direct hit. If that doesn't work I recommend a new feed from the panel to the shed.
