I cannot tell you how dismayed I was when the only outlet in my dressing area was broken. I couldn't use my blow dryer or cosmetic Mira, and at my age I need it because I'm half blind. The handyman in my building said there was no way it could be fixed , and set up a crazy type of system on my switches, which wasn't useful for me because it was next to the sink. He told me, don't go to one electrician, all they will do is come and take their fee for looking at the problem, and then tell you they can't fix it,and if they can they will charge you an arm and a leg and rip up your walls. I called King electronics and spoke to a lovely woman named Lauren who calmed my fears and said, don't worry,we can fix it. I was a little apprehensive, but I said okay, because I was desperate, and she was so convincing, understanding, concerned , she was easy to speak to. John Gallina, from King came to my condo. Within a half an hour imy problems were solved. Everything was completely fixed and ready to be used. John was polite, and precise, nothing was out of order, he even had booties on not to ruin my floors, you women must know what I'm talking about. He knew the problem immediately and fix it. I am so satisfied with King electronics I will use them for any other electrical problems and readily recommend them, because they walked the walk, Not just talked the talk. Believe me when I say, I got them out of the Internet. I never met any of them previously. I'm just a very satisfied customer

When my Insurance Company told me I had to re-wire my old aluminum wiring to copper in my house I was in a panic. I called many electricians before choosing Kings Electric. Kings knew exactly what the Insurance Company would accept, explained everything to me and their pricing was very fair. I would definitely recommend them. They were a pleasure to work with.
