Selecting an electrician from a list of web sites can be daunting. I've tried 2 or 3 during the past 15 years and have been dissatisfied with the company or technical ability of the technician. Not anymore! It's Kings Electric and their master electrician Ralphie (they have many other electricians, it's not a mom and pop operation). I had a nasty problem, severed wires underground as a result of a new fence being installed. Ralphie was able to thread 4 new wires through the underground conduit inspite of the conduit being damaged. Kings Electric and Ralphi are now my permanent electrician company. I've even listed them on our HOA recommend list of service companies. Great Job!!

We called for an unknown electric repair on a Friday morning, and John was able to come out in the afternoon. Although he arrived after the time the office had specified, he did call when he was on his way. After initial contact, he explained the basic pricing method of the company, and we agreed to have him do the work. John thoroughly researched, found, explained and fixed the problem. Since we did not get other estimates, and had very few electrical issues in the past, we had no idea if the cost for repair was competitive with other companies. Although it seemed high, we did agree to pay it prior to service. The work was completed in a timely manner.

I had Ralphie come out to my house to give me a quote for add a new electrical outlet above me fireplace. Then he began working on it right away! We completed our first red carpet visit for the year. Unit is operating in tip top shape. I'm recommending a search protector and UV light.
We were called out to the residence to replace a customer supply dimmer and install a customer supplied light fixture in the closet.
We were called out to the house to give an estimate on instalring security camera/light fixtures. I'm recommending we install to security camera with dual lights And a security doorbell.

I left a quote with the recommendation to replace the electrical panel and 3 gfci receptacles be replaced in the kitchen.
We were called out to reinstall a ceiling fan in the office of the house. I removed the ceiling fan a couple months ago so that the ceiling can be repaired.
We were called out to the house to inspect the microwave circuit. I found nothing wrong with the circuit the microwave needs to be replaced.
We were called out to the residents to inspect the master bedroom light/fan and what I found was a loose connection in the fan box that was arcing. I also replaced the light bulb in the master bathroom. While I was the tenant, she asked me to check the garage light and the refrigerator light. I was unable to repair the garage light and we do not work on refrigerators. *the refrigerator lights are LED lights and they are flashing **the garage lights needs to be replaced (see estimate)
After my evaluation I determined that the receptacle in the break room is no longer functionable and needed to be replaced. I installed a new receptacle and the microwave is now working.
Mr. Silvano Explain to me that the outside light fixture near the back door isn't working. After my evaluation I found that the neutral wire Was not properly secured in the light switch Box. He told me that the light never came on after we installed the lumicon. He says he thought it was a bad light bulb but when he changed the light bulb it still didn't work. So I made the repairs under warranty and now the light is working properly
