I was so happy with my initial contact to Kings starting with the friendly and pleasant service of Lauren. What a treat to speak with a friendly voice. She was able to schedule me a same day appointment and followed up with phone calls. Erik Beberaggi showed up promptly and fixed the required items. Erik was friendly, courteous and conscious of wearing the red booties inside my home. My overall experience with Kings has been fantastic.
