Heater activated on heat and CU activated on cool but in both cases blower motor failed to initiate, tested blower motor on fan on blower motor still failed to initiate. Replace blower motor.

Replace old Challenger exterior main breaker panel with new panel and breakers. Permits are not included. Patching and painting by others.

Replace thermostat with new digital, thermostat. Refrigerant needed to be added.

Disposal and dishwasher on same circuit and adding a car charger under panel

Multiple outlets, lights not working Customer replaced switches and lights don’t turn on. All wires has been disconnected from original wiring. Need to trace all switch legs, 3-way switches system.

Replace TXV Valve Replace Filter Drier at Unit. Replenish Freon. RCC Membership

Extend existing dryer outlet to another location, run 3/4 EMT approximately 12ft, surface mount

Replace (1) blower fan motor under warranty

Supply and install (2) electric round boxes for ceiling lights (not UL box for ceiling fan)

1 year AC red carpet club for split system

Misc electric

Remove existing panel Remove aluminum feeders Replace 200 amp indoor main breaker panel. 35 circuits. Run new copper feeders from meter, approximately 5ft, wire size 2/0

Replace 7 15 amp breakers Install 7 GFI water resistant outlets where existing outlets in bathrooms and kitchen

1) Remove and replace 2 switches.

Fixture and switches not working

Replace old system with new 3-ton, 16 SEER RHEEM split system.

Replace AC system.

1) Existing system is 12 +/- years old and shows signs of aging and lack of proper maintenance. 2) Exterior condensing unit has compromised coils and is crumbling to the touch. 3) Capacitors are compromised, swollen and disfunctional. Been replaced before. 4) Compressor has been replaced not long ago. 5) Air Handler coil is rusted, old and compromised. 6) There are no overflow safety devices installed to prevent flooding. 7) System uses old R-22 Freon which has been discontinued. 8) Replaced compromised capacitor.

Paul installed 2 customer supplied ceiling fans.
