We were dispatched for the following Had flooding down C, D, E, Y, and H aisles, little in B aisle last week. had roofing company here but they say no roof leaks. DM requesting maintenance on ac in the main building. Also, have a small leak on 2nd floor of 2nd building in front of unit A238. The following was found : Make : Trane Model : 4TEC3F42C1000AA Serial : 93554542V Delta -18 Solution : Replaced Run Capacitor 45+5 Installed Hard Start kit. Make : Carrier Model : 24ABC636A300 Serial : 0513E06859 Delta - 20 Solution : Replaced Run Cap 45+5 Make : Carrier Model : 24ABC636A00 Serial : 0513E06901 Delta - 20 Solution : Replace Run Cap 45+5 and Replaced Thermostat. Tech Notes : When I arrived I noticed multiple units not working as mentioned above. All 3 AC's had bad run cap's and one unit had a bad thermostat as well. Also put a hard start kit on one compressor. All 3 units now are working properly.

Hello Meghan! Thank you for having us stop by today to check on your your commercial signs! Upon review we concluded that the LED driver that powers your Led lights in the sign is receiver proper power. That being said, the issue with your lights not turning on has to lie in the led drivers the sign company installed. We left the power manually on so that the Sign installers can trouble shoot their issues. Please let us know if there are any further issues with the timer. We added a brand new 200 amp main lug panel with it’s own surge protector, also brand new breakers and connections. Hello! thank for choosing kings electric & a/c for your electrical upgrades. I came today to unit 208, opened up electrical panel read all voltage on breakers and the double pole 30 amp breaker was not getting any voltage on or off. I replaced the double pole 30 amp breaker, after direct connection from the a/c disconnect on roof it turned on for about 30-50 seconds and the breaker tripped once again. Hey Mary! Thank you for calling kings electric & a/c once again! Today I came to your home because we thought that the missing switch leg for the fan was capped off inside the junction box in your kitchen. After troubleshooting and opening everything up, I came to conclusion that the ceiling fan does not get any power from that switch box, but once again the wiring for that fan is crossed and both power and neutral are hot.
