I opened up the panel and checked everything that they said, I tighten everything I possibly could, but the latches on top by the main breaker are broken off. Today when I came into the home, the gentleman explained to me whatâ€™s going on in the kitchen area and how outlets are tripping. After troubleshooting and opening up the panel, Iâ€™ve come to the conclusion that you need to change out breakers in your panel, and also the (3) GFCI outlets in your kitchen. Customer was concerned that 2nd house behind house on his property drew power from same meter / main panel attached to his home. After walking property with customer. 2nd house is being fed from his outdoor panel and meter attached to his home. Customer showed me breaker that turned on and off 2nd home. This breaker is indeed in his main panel Also told customer not to turn on two additonal breakers unless he knew where they went.

Both were replaced with new ones, I added surge protectors for each as well. I tested voltage On all breaker and everything was working perfect including your a/c system.
