1)-----Run dedicated 20 amp circuit from indoor circuit panel to bedroom #1 using romex and pvc conduit.(approximately 100 ft) 2)-----Install junction box and 20 amp outlet with cover plate in bedroom. NOTE: We will need to cut maybe 2 holes in wall to fish wire. Customer will be responsible for final patch and paint. We will do rough patch to cover holes. Also there is no attic access to bedroom and so part of the circuit will be ran on outside of home through pvc conduit to bedroom.
1)-----Remove dock pedestal and wiring between pedestal and junction box under dock. 2)-----Remove wiring between indoor circuit panel and junction box under dock. 3)-----Remove junction box under dock. 4)-----Install LB fitting in place of junction box. 5)-----Pull new 80 amp circuit from indoor panel to pedestal. (Approximately 120 ft.) 6)-----Pull new switch line from indoor panel to pedestal. (Approximately 120 ft.) 7)-----Reinstall pedestal and wire to new line. 8)-----Remove and replace 60 amp rated lift disconnect with 30 amp breaker.

1)-----Remove 5 existing landscape lights and 1 outlet station in back yard. 2)-----Supply and Install 4 100 watt transformers with photocell at desired locations in back yard. 3)-----Supply and install 6 VOLT brand 17 watt LED landscape spot lights at desired locations. 4)-----Install 2 gang weather proof box with weather resistant GFI quad outlet setup and in use bubble cover. 5)-----Remove 2 post lights and photocells in front yard. 6)-----Supply and install 2 new photocells at post lights. 7)-----Assemble and install 2 new customer supplied post lights. 8)-----Install photocell at flag.
1)-----Remove 11 existing security spot lights. 2)-----Supply and install 11 new 2 head LED motion detected spot lights. Features manual override and dual bright mode. 3)-----Supply and install 1 6 inch LED retro fit hihat fixture at front porch.
