Dear customer. We’re here today to do basic tune up for your air conditioning. During the tune up. We cleaned the drain pipe from the air handler to condensate pump, poured drain cleaner and also cleaned the condensate pump. As we checking the condenser unit, we found out: — The capacitor is week performance because the lizard crossed the terminal, recommend replace it as soon as possible. — The 50 amps fuses and breaker for a AC compressor is not match with manufacturer requirements which is 40 amps maximum, need to replace with the right size as soon as possible To be able to run the Air conditioning with generator, your system needs to install hard start kit and time delay. We also recommend install whole house surge protector to protect all your equipments from power surge or lighting, especially the AC compressor.
