With our most recent issue with our AC system we had make numerous requests for the AC Team at King Electric to come to our home multiple times in a course of a week. We still do not feel our AC system is 100%. A new thermostat was installed which the Technician at our home doing the service did not know how to setup the thermostat - they were on their cell getting instructions from one of their other Techs. Even doing this the system did not function properly.

We also confirmed that sprinklers worked before leaving. In adjunction to the timer shorting, we added a home surge protector to you main panel to prevent any further equipment damage. Please consider adding another to your second panel because the surge protector only protects the panel it is on. Whatever is being fed from your second panel is NOT SURGE PROTECTED. Manufactuer Gree Model # LIVS12HP230V1BH VOLT : 208/230V LOCATION OF UNIT: Outside Office Area. Problem : AC Leaking in ceiling causing ceiling to become wet. Tech Notes : The AC Copper lines are sweating due to possible undersized insulation. The AC copper lines can not be accessed when entered the building. Need to cut ceiling in order to re-insulate copper lines Came back to reinsulate the lines

We went a step further and tightened all the connection in the meter box, main panel, and indoor panel to assure that youâ€™re not having a bad connection. Due to this we are recommending that FPL come out and do an inspection on their side of the scope. Furthermore we are also recommending to do a panel upgrade to the indoor panel in your kitchen because the busbar is starting to burn up. It will be only a matter of time before it starts to affect the other breakers and any home appliances you might have plugged in to in the house.
