With our most recent issue with our AC system we had make numerous requests for the AC Team at King Electric to come to our home multiple times in a course of a week. We still do not feel our AC system is 100%. A new thermostat was installed which the Technician at our home doing the service did not know how to setup the thermostat - they were on their cell getting instructions from one of their other Techs. Even doing this the system did not function properly.

After opening the inside main lug panel and reading the breakers, it shows that you need to replace them. I also opened up your meter combo and everything is reading good outside and for all the breakers and the lines going inside the home. I recommend you replace all breakers in the inside panel and add surge protection as well. Like you said youâ€™re going to call FPL and see if the voltage drop is happening because of their lines and not the ones going inside the house. Remove old compromised electrical meter can and riser pipe to FPL and replace with a new 200-amp rated meter can, conduit and copper wire up to FPL connection point. Run riser pipe and wire through overhang to obtain clearance by code. Update old grounding system to current code. Reconnect generator transfer switch wiring to new meter can. Obtain required permits and inspections. Coordinate with FPL for disconnect/ reconnect.

Toss at we swapped out your old 125 amp panel with a brand new one, which we put new breakers according to the wire size and we added a surge protector to protect those circuits as well. Also we replaced the main breaker in your outdoor panel.
