1)——Troubleshoot fountain pump circuit,landscape/front yard wall sconce lighting circuit and car port sconce path lighting circuit. A)install customer supplied pump and connect to existing switch. C)Install customer supplied low voltage transformer and feeder wire for lighting circuit. D)remove and replace customer supplied switch and outlet in carport. 2)——Remove and replace 3 customer supplied sconce path lights by carport. 3)——Remove and replace 1 customer supplied sconce light in front yard.

1)——Upon review of 4 point inspection notes we found that they noted cloth wiring at panel and in attic. 2)——From an Electricians’s stand point this wiring is not considered “cloth wiringâ€. The wire noted has a cloth jacket with rubber insulated wire, which is totally safe and up to code. Cloth wiring has a cloth jacket and cloth insulated wire which is not safe because the cloth insulation over time gets hard and cracks and falls off the wire leaving it bare and exposed in some spots. RECAP: Their was no cloth wiring in the system and all wiring is safe and up to code.

Extend circuit from existing smoke detector locations into each bedroom for a total of 4 circuit extensions. Install proper junction box at each location. Supply and install 7 hardwired and interconnected carbon/smoke detector combos with 10 year lithium battery backup.

1)-----Troubleshoot water heater: All connections are tight and voltage is correct. The reset button for water heater thermostat was tripped which is an indication that there is an internal problem with water heater. We reset switch and it held for now. We turned the temperature down to 100 degrees to see if it holds. Water is hot as of now. If it trips again water heater should be replaced.
