We were called out to replace the light fixture in the breakfast nook.

I was called out to your home for an electrical issue. You explained to me thatbreaker to the outside and bathroom lights . We were called out to the residence to install a light fixture above the staircase. We removed the old fixture and stored it a box and install the new customer supplied light fixture in the same location. After looking over your system I found a loose connection next to the pump. Once I reconnected the wires, the pump came on AC started to cool. This is a water cooled ac system.

We checked for power for the under cabinet light fixture and found that the fixture is faulty. The customer is ordering a replacement part for the fixture.

I recommend the customer order a new under cabinet light in the kitchen. I also showed him how to reset a gfci.

We were called out to check why the unit isn't cooling. I can see that there is oil from the refrigerant in the condenser. (See photo)

We completed our 2nd red carpet maintenance visit on the downstairs unit.

We were called out to do our 2nd AC maintenance on the 2nd floor unit. During My evaluation of the unit I noticed that freon was severely low. This leads me to believe that unit may have a leak. I will send an estimate to locate the leak. * If the unit requires freon before our next maintenance visit. It is an additional charge for the freon

This was a recall. The customer was having issues charging the car. I explained to him that the charger has power and the issue is with the equipment. He is contacting the dealer to help with his issue.

We are installing a 50 amp receptacle underneath the existing electrical panel

We completed our first red carpet maintenance visit. this unit is operating properly. But I did notice the service disconnect outside doesn't have a door on it and needs to be replaced.

I completed our first red carpet visit. The only issue I see is the capacitor is a bit low.

This is our second red carpet visit. The customer said she will renew in 6 months.

Warranty. I had to change the frequency of the living room fan. It was turning on and off on its own.

We replaced faulty thermostat

We completed our first ac maintenance. After my evaluation it is my opinion that the bare minimum work that needs to be performed the paper form is a coil clean. But I also brought to the attention of the homeowner that the unit is over 20 years old and they should consider replacing the unit.

7 circuits for kitchen: dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, 2 counter top. Replace exhaust fan in the hall bathroom with a combo, using the existing switch. We supply the exhaust/light. (See photo) Install 6 recessed lights in kitchen, making sure to center over the island. Relocate hall bath light, the existing light is on the ceiling and the new location is above and center of the vanity. (Fixture not included) Add 2 Lights outside the garage. The switch will be installed next to the door. (Fixture not included)
