During my evaluation I determined that the electrical system has a faulty breaker that supply power to the Air conditioner. The ceiling fans are all controlled from the pull chains. We can install remote controls so you wouldn't have to reach for the chain. This was a recall. The customer was having issues charging the car. I explained to him that the charger has power and the issue is with the equipment. He is contacting the dealer to help with his issue.

We completed our first ac maintenance. After my evaluation it is my opinion that the bare minimum work that needs to be performed the paper form is a coil clean. But I also brought to the attention of the homeowner that the unit is over 20 years old and they should consider replacing the unit.

7 circuits for kitchen: dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, 2 counter top. Replace exhaust fan in the hall bathroom with a combo, using the existing switch. We supply the exhaust/light. (See photo) Install 6 recessed lights in kitchen, making sure to center over the island. Relocate hall bath light, the existing light is on the ceiling and the new location is above and center of the vanity. (Fixture not included) Add 2 Lights outside the garage. The switch will be installed next to the door. (Fixture not included)

I was called out to the property because the AC unit hasn’t been cooling and the customer believes they had a bad break. After complete inspection of the electrical system I found it was a fuse blown. I located short at the disconnect.
