This was the second time we have used Kings Electric and Raphie on a major project. He showed up on time and ready to go. The quality of work was excellent, and he works hard on making the customer happy. He worked closely with county inspectors to make sure everything was done by the code and in great working order. Would highly recommend Raphie and Kings Electric. Great work.

I feel like I was taken advandage of and swindled!!!
Kersey - Orlando, FL 32821
An itemized cost for each was never submitted resulting in a $575.00 fee to hand 3 exterior lights that took less than 2 hours to install!!!!! Had I known about the actual price I would have never approved the installation. Shame on the technician for taking advantage of a young adult.
Great work and professionalism.

Im recommending After the pool pump is replaced they may need a new gfci receptacle.
We came out to give a free quote for a new 150amp service, with a new interior panel.
We were called out to replace ballast in room 201, 201 hallway and main office.
We are replacing the ungrounded receptacles.
I was called out to remove a gfci for the liftstation outside. I had to explain that it is code and needs to stay gfi protected because it is outside.
We completed our 2nd red carpet maintenance visit. On today's visit We are recommending a gfi for the water softener be installed and a whole home surge arrester also be install on the main panel outside.
We are to upgrade the wires to the air handler to 50 amp. The heater is not installed at the moment.
We are raising the weatherproof receptacle up 2 ft.
I found the auxiliary drain pan full of water. I flushed out the drain line and emptied the pan. This unit is not leveled in the ceiling. The ceiling needs to be lowered in order to properly level the air handler.

We completed our last red carpet maintenance visit for the yr. The next visit is in January of 2023. You will need to renew in January 2023. I'm recommending installing a uv light in the air handler. We also discussed adding an outlet to the back of the house using the power from the bedroom.
We are installing a 50 amp receptacle next to the electrical panel. We need to make room by installing tandem breakers.
We are installing a customer supplied Exhaust Fan in the master bathroom with existing electric.
I was able to replace the remainder of the receptacles and switches

We are proposing to replace the 200 amp main electrical panel outside, all switches and receptacle in the house. In addition to these home improvements we will be adding a new circuit for the washer and dryer. We do not patch and paint. Any questions please call and ask to speak with RALPH.
I was able to remove the 6 broken light bulbs from the sockets. I'm recommending the new bulbs be installed with electrical silicone lubricant.
We added two fans to the patio. We tapped off of the existing light.
Warranty. We install the exhaust fan approximately 10 months ago and the vent needs to be replaced. We are not sure how it broke.
What we have is a house that has just been completed. The previous electrician installed a 1-1/4" conduit to the workshop. Using the existing conduit we will be adding a 125 amp panel inside the shop. 1- provide a 125 amp panel. 2- feed wires from the existing panel to the new panel approximately 90ft away. There is and existing 1-1/4" conduit 3. Install 8 customer supplied shop lights. With switch 4. Provide a 20 amp 220v circuit for equipment 5. Provide (2) 20 amp 120v quad GFCI protected circuits. 6. Permit is required. Note- exist panel is a 150 amp eaton, see photos. The customer would like us to use the same brand for the workshop. Thank you for considering us at Kings electric. **If you have any questions please call or text Ralphie at **321-750-9757**
We had to run a wire to the fan in one condo and we had to run a wire from a jbox in the attic to another box that was also in the attic. All receptacle and fans are now functioning properly.
I remove the receptacle and conduit from the garage and kitchen.
Ralphie completed Mini-Split maintenance when servicing other unit.
We repaired bathroom exhaust duct in the attic. See attached photos
This turned out to be a pool issue. I explained that we do not make these kind of repairs. We waived the Dispatch fee.
