We were called out to the house because the AC unit we installed about a year ago, had no heat. What I found was that the harness coming from the heater wasn't making contact with the controll board. I had to reconfigure the harness to match the controll board **warranty **

Robert was professional and thorough resolve the problems with my air condition. Robert was patient and answering all my questions to my satisfaction. He also gave suggestions on how to keep the air conditioner running efficiently. I felt that Robert went beyond his normal job responsibilities to make sure that I saved money toward the services he provided. With me being on a fixed income that was extremely helpful.
